Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within two weeks (fourteen business days, M-F) and do not include any U.S. holidays and/or announced shop closures. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.
All packages ship either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. An email should be sent once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If your order shows delivered and it is not at its destination, you will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package. They will be able to give you more detailed information about where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).
If you were not sent an email, please email [email protected] with your full name and order number and a tracking number will be sent to you.
If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number) and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Due to tax laws, we currently do not ship packages internationally. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer returns/exchanges. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Missing/Lost/Damaged Policy
If your item is damaged, lost in transit, lost by the shipper or incorrect (not what you ordered), we’ll do our best to make it right and re-send the item(s). Please email [email protected]. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to replace a product at any time for any reason.
